Appointment Cancellation, Retail Product, & Payment Info


  • 24 hour notice is required in the event an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellations received after the 24 hour grace period will incur a charge for half of the total appointment service up to $75. Any missed appointments without notice will require full payment of the missed service/services before a new appointment may be scheduled.
  • All retail products are fully refundable or exchangeable for current clients.
  • All payments and gratuities can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle.
